Our Story

Pierre’s Patisserie was founded on the North Shore of Sydney in 1976 by a Frenchman named Pierre Cantin. Pierre was not a pastry chef, but an entrepreneur of sorts. He set it up as a boutique Patisserie that sold pastries and some cakes. Not being from the patisserie industry, he employed pastry chefs and struggled to find the right staff for the next few years.

It's that time of year again and Pierre's is full of all the Christmas goodies. Xmas Logs, Pudding, Fruit cake and those delicious fruit mince tarts. Taking orders now.

At Pierre’s Patisserie we make a wide range of products from our French style breads, pastries, cakes and our savoury items. Our ranges of products are hand made on the premises by our very skilled team of pastry chefs with over 100 years of experience between them. We source only the best raw ingredients to use here at Pierre’s, both locally and abroad.
